Company Overview:   

RFP Connexion™ was formed in May 2003 and is a registered trade name under JonMartico, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.  The RFP Connexion™ web site is an integrated e-procurement portal which facilitates and manages the procurement process between Business Client's (individuals or organizations in need of goods or services) and Solution Providers (individuals or organizations who have the expertise and resources available to perform the work being desired by the Business Client).

The concept of RFP Connexion™ was originally conceived to address the critical need by Business Client's (BC's) for a more formal, cost efficient way of procuring goods and services; as well as, to assist Solution Providers (SP's) with identifying the work being requested by businesses and to allow them to compete on an equal playing field for such work.   The needs and demands of such a system have been further strengthened recently with the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other federal regulations, which require publicly traded organizations to be more transparent in their financial transactions, including their procurement process.  Although several options were available in the marketplace, such as reverse auction and simple posting sites, none provided a formal procurement process that was transparent to all stakeholders, while providing a playing field in which all potential vendors could participate and be considered on an equal basis.  Based on this identified need and demand, the concept of RFP Connexion™ was conceived and the wheels were put into motion to make it a reality.

Today, RFP Connexion™ is creating and setting new standards for e-procurement services worldwide.  Many new, innovative features, functionality, and services are planned for the site in the near future, so stay tuned, great things are happening at RFP Connexion™

RFP Connexion™ was established by senior management consulting and procurement professionals with many years of experience working with independent contractors, "Big Four" consulting, and Fortune 500/Global 1000 firms.  The methodologies, tools, techniques, business processes and procedures developed and provided in the site have been derived from the experience gained in and around the knowledge areas of Project Management, Procurement Management, Requirements Management, Statement of Work (SOW) Development, RFP Development, Proposal Development, and Outsourcing Contract Management.
